Pizza is the all-time favorite snack for everyone. It's also best served as supper and midnight grabs for some and a pairing of beer or soda would be just the perfect combo! And who doesn't love pizza?
I believe no one can hinder the power of a slice, that's for sure.
If you are an Iliganon or a visitor in Iligan City, you wouldn't want to miss a good place to hangout! For this blog, I'll take you to my trip to a certain cafe and restaurant where good food is served with a formal vibe of ambiance around to make your dine-in good for yourself and even for group gatherings.
Raindrops fell on a fine afternoon when me and four of my fellow artists; Charm, Dave, Winona and Kean decided for some food hopping. They are as well like me who binge for yummy food and enjoy company with others. That day, we went to one of the most visited food gallery in Pala-o, Iligan City. The Strip. The place is a food park and alongside is the most well-known pizzeria called Calda Pizza for its enormous sizes of pizzas and since we find the diner commonly packed up with customers, we tried our other options. We decided for Kelsey's Cafe and Restaurant which was also located at the area.
Kelsey's Cafe and Restaurant is located at the Bellfranz Building, Pala-o at the Strip road in Iligan City. For most Iliganons, they surely know where this is and yet for visitors, you can ask directions from Iliganon fellows as they will gladly tell you where it's located. Talking about their interior, the place gives you the formal type of ambiance yet also recommendable for group gatherings. Looking inside, you'd get the classy feels of fuchsia and white themed colors with modern curved accents on their walls even with their entrance door.
For food... Glancing through their menu, you'd surely want to try everything on the list but what caught our attention is their luscious looking pizza. And it's not the typical ones you get to eat often times but it's unique in a way they serve it with a bowl of fresh crisp lettuce to stuff it inside the slice of pizza whilst rolling it up. And just like how I've described the food, it is luscious that the slices of olives, the layers of cheese, the spice and tangy sweetness of tomato paste gives you the lasting impression.
I would gladly recommend it for food seekers out there! See from the images below to get a glimpse! - the Centaur Want to see more of Kelsey's? Click at the right side bar of this page!
